Structure fire of an outbuilding on a large horse farm near the Conodoguinet creek. Only small apparatus could make it to the actual scene due to the very small access path down the hill from the main buildings. It was quite cold, ambient temperature was around 15 degrees F. Fire was initially reported by passers-by on Interstate 81 just on the other side of the creek.
